Tom Schindler Automotive Advisors

Company – Background

Automotive Advisors of America, Inc. has been in existence since 1999 and specializes in buying and selling automobile dealerships. Our company is headquartered and specializes in the California market, but we will go where there is a need.

We work with our client’s in every phase of the transaction, including valuation, development of marketing materials, contract negotiations, preparation of the store for a sale, and preparation to go through the “nitty-gritty” of the closing.

Why Us?

We bring decades of experience to every transaction (over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry), and have the unique position of knowing the business from both the dealer’s and manufacturer’s perspective; we know what it takes to get a deal closed.

We pride ourselves in being students of the business. The Automotive Industry and the World Economies are in a constant state of change; not only do we keep our finger on the pulse of the industry but also on the larger macro-economic factors that may impact your business.

Why, because when you sell a store, “You only have one chance to do it right the first time.”

Preparation is the key to a successful sale. A thorough analysis of all the business elements prior to a sale or purchase is essential for optimum success. Automotive Advisors of America, Inc. will ensure that you are prepared for the sale or purchase of a store.

We care about our clients, take the time to listen to your needs, and put the extra effort in to make sure your sale is a success. Please see the testimonials of some clients who have used our services in the past.

At Automotive Advisors of America, Inc. we believe that integrity still counts for something. We will not tell you what you want to hear, but the reality as we see it. We feel that “honesty is the best policy.” We pride ourselves in being value added to every transaction in which we have been involved.

“Integrity can be neither lost nor concealed nor forced nor quenched nor artificially come by nor outlived, nor do I believe in the long run, denied.” Eudora Welty
